- Monthly Reiki Share: We encourage all members to connect and deepen their practice through our regular gatherings, held on the last Saturday of each month.
- Location: Unless otherwise noted, shares take place at the Cancer Wellness Centre, 80 Railway Street, Cottesloe from 12pm.

- Member Portal Login: Access your secure profile to update details, manage your membership, and renew – Log in here
- RAWA Member Certificate: Any member can email Denise (Membership Officer) to request their official Reiki Association WA Member Certificate (required for Insurance coverage).
- Printed Name Badges:
- Standard Badge: You can print a standard name badge directly from your secure Member Profile (login required).
- Gold Volunteer Badge: Volunteers who require the gold name badge should email Jane (Volunteer Coordinator) with their request.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program
Our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program is designed to support the ongoing growth of our professional members, ensuring your practice is aligned with recognized industry and Public Sector Health Body standards.
Key Program Details:
- Mandatory Requirement: CPD is mandatory for all Professional Practitioner members and referred Teachers.
- Annual Hours: A total of 20 hours of CPD activities must be completed each membership year.
- Contact Hours: The required hours must include some hands on Reiki at the monthly Reiki Share.
- Encouraged Participation: We invite and encourage all members, regardless of their level, to submit a CPD log to enhance their practice.
- Submission Process: The completed CPD log must be verified by a committee member and submitted together with your annual Membership Renewal.
- Activity Guide: Refer directly to the official CPD Form for a complete and current list of all required and suggested activities.
Photo and Media Use Policy
To protect the privacy and professional confidence of all members, strict guidelines apply to the use and sharing of photos and media from RAWA events:
- Opt-Out Policy: All members have the right to privacy. Members can easily opt-out of photo and media use within their personal Member Profile.
- Confirmation Requirement: When opting out, please also confirm your request by emailing the Membership Officer with a recent photograph of yourself. This is required to ensure you are accurately identified and kept out of event photos.
- Member Responsibility: Members must not take and share photographs from RAWA events on social media or any public platforms. This is necessary to protect the privacy of any member who has opted out.
- Approved Sharing: Members are permitted to share posts originating directly from the official Reiki Association WA social media accounts. This ensures only approved media, which complies with member preferences, is circulated.
Login to Your Profile
Log in to your member portal using our dedicated Membership System - Wild Apricot - where you can update personal details, opt in for the healing line or print your standard member's badge.
Access to Insurance
Our preferred provider is AJG, with whom we have held a long relationship. For a minimum of Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance needs, contact Arthur J Gallagher.
T-Shirts
Reiki Association T-Shirts are available for purchase at Reiki Shares throughout the year. Please see Schedule of Events for your next opportunity to purchase. T-Shirts are $15 each, payable by cash or bank transfer - please reference your name when transferring. Thank you
Magnets
Reiki Precept magnets are available for purchase at each Reiki Share held. Please see Schedule of Events for your next opportunity to purchase. Design may change without notice. Magnets are $2 each, payable by cash or bank transfer - please reference your name when transferring. Thank you
