The Membership Officer, Denise, is always ready to answer any questions you may have regarding membership of the Reiki Association WA. Below are some answers to questions that regularly crop up.

How do I join the Reiki Association?

Which membership level should I select?

Refer to our Standards of Training for guidance. If your Reiki training does not meet our Standards of Training, apply for Level 1. If your training does meet our Standards of Training, apply for Level 2. All applications are thoroughly reviewed by our Membership Officer, who will advise you if a different level is more suitable for your circumstances.

Is it possible to email the application form?

I have lost my password and am unable to login to the membership portal

What is the period of membership?

Annual membership runs from January 1 to December 31 each year and costs $35 for all levels. Renewal reminders are sent to existing members in late November. Practitioners who join between October and December in any given year qualify for complimentary membership for the remainder of that calendar year; their paid annual membership will begin on January 1 of the following year.

My application documents are too small; what size and format should I submit them in?

Documents are to be submitted in jpeg, png or pdf formats. Minimum size should be between 100kb-200kb

If my training qualifies me for a higher level, what is the process for changing my membership level?

Upload all qualifications to your profile in the membership portal then contact the Membership Officer to request a review of your membership level. Contact membership Officer

I have chosen not to renew my membership this year; how can I be reinstated if I change my mind?

All past memberships are archived for a period of time. Contact the Membership Officer to request your membership be reinstated. Contact Membership Officer

What is the process and timeline for receiving my membership badge/certificate once my application is approved?

Membership badges are available on joining. These can be printed from your profile in the membership portal. Gold membership badges can be requested by emailing volunteering@reikiassociationwa.com. Annual membership certificates can be ordered from the membership officer membership@reikiassociationwa.com
